State of Virginia vs. Anthony Martin (Civil Case No. 537/09) — This case is referred to as a 'docket case,' since it is a case in which a lower court order was entered. Martin was arrested by Virginia State Police on April 23, 2008. He had been arrested for public intoxication. The arresting officer made an arrest in Fairfax, Virginia, for the misdemeanor charge of public intoxication. Martin was charged with two first-degree felonies—in addition to the misdemeanor charge—under § 18.2-46.1. As a result, he was incarcerated on April 23, 2008, and was sent to prison on June 15, 2008. He challenged his conviction. During the first pretrial hearing at the Virginia Supreme Court, the Virginia State Police gave testimony that did not support Martin's contention that he was not intoxicated based on his own observations. At the second pretrial hearing held at the Virginia Court of Appeals, Martin was again convicted after evidence was presented that contradicted the information given by the arresting officer. He appealed the decisions from the lower courts to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Martin's petition for rehearing came before the Third Circuit after the District Court dismissed his petition on April 12, 2011. Instructions and Help about 1983 form virginia

Hi, it's Katrina. From great white shark attacks to dangerous rip tides, here are eight of the most dangerous beaches in the world. Music number 8: Hana copy I Beach, Hawaii. On the Hawaiian island of Kauai, there's a two-mile long hiking trail that will lead you past a variety of scenic natural features, including waterfalls, caves, rivers, and beautiful wildlife. Known as one of the most gorgeous trails in all of Hawaii, the kalalau trail climbs steadily uphill for the first half-mile, reaching an elevation of 400 feet at the top. From this point, hikers are offered a stunning view of the Napali coast. The trail ultimately leads to Hana copy I Beach, a place that is equally as striking to the eye as everything along the walk. However, this beach is a perfect example of just how deceiving appearances can be. As fascinating as it is to look at, you'll want to limit your experience to visual enjoyment and avoid going into the water. Why? I'll tell you. There is no road access to this beach, and you have to hike there. If you're scared of bugs already, this is not the place for you, because there are no major reefs along the Napali coast to act as a barrier to ocean currents. Swimmers at Hana copy AI Beach are at an especially high risk of being swept out to sea by life-threatening waves and rip tides. In fact, there's even a sign at the beach warning visitors of the dangers of entering the water. In 2010, TripAdvisor user aqua bliss wrote an especially descriptive review, strongly cautioning people against swimming here. He and his wife heard screams for help shortly after arriving at the beach during their vacation. About 50 feet out, two children were being helplessly...
